After a month-long hiatus, 2000AD Online is back and looking better than ever.
Not all the content has been re-integrated, but a crack team of web-bots is working around the clock to get the site reassembled as quickly as possible.
In an Asda-exclusive promo, SFX are giving away a collector’s edition of 2000AD Prog 1589. The SFX/Asda version of the prog has a variant cover, featuring an X-ray of Judge Dredd, as well as a specially-written edition of Tharg’s Nerve Centre. Look out for specially bagged copies of SFX #171 in your local Asda!
Also keep an eye out, as next month’s SFX will feature free 2000AD playing cards.

Dogbreath head honcho Bolt-01 has just made the following announcement over at 2000AD Online:
“Just heard, all being well the latest ZARJAZ and DOGBREATH Will both be available from Forbidden Planet shops across the country.
The stock has gone to the warehouse, so with all things being well there should be some copies coming to comic shops soon.
Which is a big ol’ YAY for the team, as I’m sure many of you realise- getting Small press into real shops is a bit of a struggle.
If I hear anythin more I’ll let you know.

Reef Entertainment are to port Rebellion’s BAFTA-nominated game, Rogue Trooper, to the Wii.
Originally released in 2006 for PS2, Xbox, and PC, the new Wii version is to feature several tweaks and gameplay enhancements to take full advantage of the Wii’s capabilities.
Peter Rezon, CEO of Reef said: “Rogue Trooper: The Quartz Zone Massacre is one of the best games Reef has been involved with, and to win this contract for the Wii version is fantastic. Were taking a hit game to a unique console where we believe the exciting elements we’ve added will make this 3rd shooter a hugely successful Wii title.”
Rogue Trooper: The Quartz Zone Massacre is set for release late 2008.

2000AD prog 1582, cover date 16th April 2008, contains a preview image for forthcoming Strontium Dog story Blood Moon. Judging from the image, it appears to be set (at least in part) during the early career of a young Johnny Alpha.
Apologies for being slightly late breaking this one, but I only pick my progs up once a month!
