According to Rebellion’s Jamie Boardman, neither Carlos Ezquerra, Richard Elson or Mike Collins will be appearing at DreddCon
It’s not all bad news, though. Jock (Lenny Zero, The Losers) and D’Israeli (Scarlet Traces, XCTNCT) are now coming along! Sketchpads at the ready!

This weekend sees the fifth annual 2000AD convention taking place at the Oxford Union in, erm, Oxford. Strontium Dog creators John Wagner and Carlos Ezquerra will be there alongside a whole host of 2000AD luminaries, who will be available for signings, sketches, etc. Rebellion will also be unveiling their currently-in-development Rogue Trooper game to the public for the first time. If that’s not enough to convince you, it’s a pound a pint all day at the bar!
DreddCon opens at 11.00am on Saturday 2nd October.
I’ve finally finished at university and work has once again resumed on the mod. Stay tuned for more updates.
In other news, 2000AD prog 1406, released last week, marked the first episode of epic new Strontium Dog tale “Traitor To His Kind”, by Wagner and Ezquerra.
